Plan My Fresh Start & Ongoing Care
Moving in or moving out?A first clean tailored to your empty or nearly empty home.

For an empty or nearly empty home, your move clean serves as your Fresh Start. You do not need to book a separate Fresh Start Clean in addition to it. We quote the move-clean scope based on the property’s condition and any approved add-ons.

  • Empty cabinets, drawers, pantry shelves, and closets.
  • Kitchen and bathrooms, appliance exteriors, and microwave inside and out.
  • Reachable trim, baseboards, sills, interior glass, and floors.

Available add-ons: oven and refrigerator interiors, interior windows and tracks, detailed blinds, carpet, garage, or patio cleaning.

Remove belongings and loose trash, empty approved storage areas, and keep water and electricity on. All extras are confirmed in advance.

A little clarity before we begin

Residential cleaning, explained.

Do all new clients begin with a Fresh Start Clean?

Yes. Every new residential client begins with a quoted Fresh Start Clean to work toward the standard needed for routine cleaning. For an empty or nearly empty home, the move clean serves as your Fresh Start.

Do I choose my Fresh Start level?

We determine the appropriate level based on your home’s condition and include it in your quote. We are a cleaning company, not a restoration company, and some buildup may require more than one visit.

What is included in my cleaning?

Your quote defines the scope. Open the Fresh Start checklists above for details. Microwave inside and out is included; other appliance interiors and approved extras are quoted separately.

How should I prepare for my first visit?

Pick up loose items, secure pets, share entry instructions, and tell the office about delicate or damaged items and any rooms you do not want entered. Place fresh linens on beds you’d like made. Water and electricity should be on for a move clean.

Can I continue with a membership afterward?

Yes. After your Fresh Start Clean, ongoing care is available monthly with Signature, twice monthly with Preferred, or weekly with Elite. Your quote outlines the scope and schedule.
