Getting started01

Your first clean, made simple.

A few easy steps to help your team focus on caring for your space.

A little preparation helps your cleaning team spend more time on the work you hired them to do.

  • Pick up clothing, toys, and loose items from floors and counters.
  • Provide clear access instructions and secure pets comfortably.
  • Point out delicate materials, damaged fixtures, or special care instructions before service.
  • Tell the office your priorities and confirm which add-ons are included.
  • Leave closed any rooms you do not want entered, and communicate those instructions to the office.

You do not need to clean before your cleaners arrive. The goal is simply to make the surfaces and areas in your agreed scope accessible.

Finding your rhythm02

Twice monthly or every two weeks?

Understand the difference and what it means for your cleaning routine.

They sound similar, but these schedules work differently. Twice monthly means two cleaning visits per month. Every two weeks follows a 14-day interval, which can result in three visits in some months.

Clean Sweep memberships offer weekly, twice-monthly, and monthly options. Our twice-monthly service follows a consistent rotation, such as the first and third or second and fourth weeks of the month.

When choosing a routine, consider how quickly your household builds up everyday mess, how much upkeep you want to do between visits, and your preferred monthly budget. Tell our office what you need help with so we can discuss the right fit.

For your workplace03

A better cleaning walkthrough.

What to discuss so your facility’s cleaning plan starts with clear expectations.

A useful walkthrough starts with how your facility operates. Explain which rooms receive the most traffic, when staff or visitors are present, and which areas need special attention.

Review the proposed scope together: restrooms, breakrooms, floor surfaces, waste removal, and any periodic detail work. Discuss access, alarm instructions, supply responsibilities, and the right contact for service questions.

Ask how the cleaning checklist will reflect your facility and how changes should be requested. A clearly defined plan gives both your business and the cleaning team a shared understanding of the work.
